As a reminder to customers of recent events in the world of paper napkins, Duni Group purchased Poppies Europe Ltd during 2025; this company aquisition primarily impacts the supply of napkins within the UK and Ireland.

The Poppies brand is widely recognised as a leading supplier of Tissue based paper napkins in the UK. Duni Group has taken the decision to retain the 'Poppies' brand for its Tissue napkin product portfolio within the UK and retain the 'Duni' brand for its premium Airlaid napkin product portfolio within the UK.

So what does this mean for customers ? Our website currently sells the full range of Duni branded tissue napkins; these napkins will slowly be removed from our website as stock sells out. We now list the full range of Poppies branded napkins under a new section within our website.

The colour range is similar but not identical between the Duni and Poppies Tissue napkins brand. Some name and shade variations now exists between the two brand ranges, by the end of 2026 the Poppies brand of tissue napkins will be the only brand available.

It is worth pointing out that the above changes apply to the 'plain colour' tissue napkins, which are now converted within the UK manaufacturing facility. Printed design tissue napkins will continue to be branded and sold under the Duni brand.
