Dunisoft Napkin Product Update
UK Product Update
The Dunisoft Napkin Uni Colour product range has been updated as a result of the recent company acquisition of Poppies by Duni.
Previously, all Dunisoft napkins (both uni colour and printed designs) were produced in Germany. As a result of the recent acquisition, Dunisoft Napkins unicolors are now produced in the UK, printed designs continue to be produced in Germany and supplied into the UK.
UK produced unicolour Dunisoft napkins have a revised colour range, different packs sizes and new product codes. Starting from April 2026 we will be starting to stock the new UK produced Dunisoft Napkin variants alongside existing Germany produced stock; during the transition period of re stocking, as a customer, if you need any aspect of the product range to be explained in more detail than is shown on our website please contact us before you make a purchase, by email.
Eventually, all EU-produced Unicolour Dunisoft napkins in our own warehouse will be sold, and new stock will be UK produced. The basic Dunisoft material used for UK production is identical to EU produced Dunisoft napkins however UK customers may notice a very small change in physical napkin sizes.
UK produced Dunisoft Napkins are supplied in packs of 50 and full cartons of 500 (10 packs of 50). Germany produced Dunisoft Napkins are supplied in packs of 60 and full cartons of 360 (6 packs of 60).
There are 22 unicolours in the Dunisoft range (covering 20cm cocktail size and 40cm dinner napkin in both quarter fold and 8-fold). Poppies and Duni have merged their respective uni colours to create a common UK colour range. Some name and shade differences now exist; further advice is provided on each specific product listing.
UK produced 40cm Dunisoft 8-fold napkins are now supplied in 'Headfold' format. Existing Germany produced 8 fold napkins are supplied in 'Bookfold' format.
As a result of the above changes, the Duni UK unicolour range is now slightly different from other Duni European countries as a result of UK production facilities. EU countiries continue to be supplied from the main German Duni production facility.
